All detected duplicate accounts will be terminated and any balances held within them may be forfeited.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. bcaa4 reserves the right to verify all information provided at any time. If any information is found to be false or inaccurate, bcaa4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in question without prior notice.
Registering using another person's name, identification number, or personal details without their consent is a serious fraudulent act. bcaa4 will report such cases to the relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bcaa4 account password and login credentials. You should not disclose your password to anyone, including family members or friends. bcaa4 recommends using a strong password and changing it regularly to keep your account secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your password has been compromised, you must contact the bcaa4 support team immediately. bcaa4 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a member's own failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Bcaa4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from members at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Required documents may include a copy of your national ID (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or temporary account suspension.

All Sports Betting outcomes on bcaa4 are determined by official results announced by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a dispute, bcaa4 reserves the right to suspend payouts until the official result is confirmed. bcaa4's decision in such matters is final and binding.
